Return & Refund Policies
Online: Products are eligible for a refund if they are returned 1) within 3 weeks of receipt of purchase, 2) are in mint condition and 3) still wrapped in their original packaging. Please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process, and see below for shipping information (also included inside of each shipment). Return shipping costs are not reimbursable, unless incorrect items were received, in which case we will provide a return shipping label via email.
In-Store: Purchases that are made in-store are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged or used for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase, so long as the items are still in their original/new condition, and original packaging/plastic wrap is still intact.
Refunds for online orders will be provided back to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your statement, based on your bank or financial institution. If you do not see your refund in your account, please first contact your bank to confirm the status of your pending transaction.
Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping your order is calculated at checkout, based on the size and destination of your order.
Shipping Time: In-stock items will ship within 5 business days, and often sooner depending on the order queue. For back-ordered and out-of-stock items, these orders will usually ship within 3-4 weeks. If any additional delays are anticipated, a member of our team will reach out via email or phone with an updated estimated shipping time.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is not included, unless incorrect or damaged items are received. In these cases we will provide a return shipping label via email. In any case, please make sure to contact us before sending back any items, and read the instructions below, which are also included inside each shipment.
Wrapped shades returned to us in salable condition are refundable. Unwrapped shades are non-refundable.
Please carefully follow the return shipping instructions, provided on the flyer included in every shipment. Occasionally damages can occur during shipping. If your shipment appears to be damaged from the outside, please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the outer box and contents, and do not discard any of the shipping materials; they must be inspected during the claim process.
If possible, please re-use the box the shades came in and the shipping materials. Lampshades are extremely fragile, so care must be taken to insulate shades from the box itself. Crumpled packing paper should surround the shade on all sides. If returning multiple shades of the same style that can be stacked or nested together, several inches of paper should be inserted between them. Shades can be easily damaged during shipping if nested without a paper buffer. Please do not use packing peanuts or any form of styrofoam! These are too unforgiving to cushion lampshades. Please also mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
