For In-Stock Items:
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is placed, unless your order is already being processed for shipping. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order. You would need to wait until your order is received and request a return.
For Out-of-Stock (Pre-Order) Items:
• You can cancel up to 24 hours after the order is placed
• If the stated lead time for a product is exceeded and your order still has not shipped, you can request a cancelation after this full time has passed. (For example, if a product states a 4-6 week lead time, you may request a cancellation if your product still has not been shipped after 6 weeks. However, once your item ships, we can no longer make changes or cancellations).
*This applies to each individual product. If an order has multiple products, each product is assessed separately. Only the items that meet this criteria are eligible for cancelation. Any products that have not yet exceeded the stated lead time cannot be canceled until that time has passed.

Online Purchases: Products are eligible for a return if they are:
1) Requested within 30 days from when the items are delivered
2) In mint condition
3) Still wrapped in their original packaging
Purchases that meet the above criteria are eligible for a refund, however unwrapped shades are non-refundable. This is also mentioned on the flyer you receive with your purchase, so as not to unwrap the shade until you ensure it is the right fit for you. If your purchase meets the above criteria, please start a chat to submit a return request and see below for shipping information (also included inside of each shipment).
Return shipping costs are not reimbursable, unless incorrect items were received, in which case we will provide a return shipping label via email.
*In-Store Purchases: Purchases that are made in-store are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged or used for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase, so long as the items are still in their original/new condition, and original packaging/plastic wrap is still intact.
Online orders are eligible for adjustments within 24 hours from when the order is placed. After this time, orders enter the queue for processing and can no longer be adjusted. To exchange items after this time, you must wait until the items are received and then contact our team to initiate the exchange process.
We will require that you send back the original item(s) in their original condition and wrapping. Once your items are received and checked for quality, we will ship the new item(s). If there is a difference in price, we will email you an invoice prior to shipping. If your new item(s) are less than those being exchanged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
VERY IMPORTANT: RETURN PACKING INFORMATION
Please carefully follow the return shipping instructions, provided on the flyer included in every shipment. Occasionally damages can occur during shipping. If your shipment appears to be damaged from the outside upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the outer box and contents, and do not discard any of the shipping materials; they must be inspected during the claim process.
If possible, please re-use the box the shades came in and the shipping materials. Lampshades are extremely fragile, so care must be taken to insulate shades from the box itself. Crumpled packing paper should surround the shade on all sides. If returning multiple shades of the same style that can be stacked or nested together, several inches of paper should be inserted between them. Shades can be easily damaged during shipping if nested without a paper buffer. Please do not use packing peanuts or any form of styrofoam! Please also mark the RMA number provided by our staff on the outside of the box.
Refunds will be provided back to the payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your statement, based on your bank or financial institution. If you don't see your refund after this time, please first contact your bank to confirm the status of your transaction.
