Please read our policies below. If your purchase meets the requirements, please visit our portal to submit a return or exchange. Please have your Order Number and the Email you used to place the order handy.

 

Cancelations

 

For In-Stock Items:

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is placed, unless your order is already being processed for shipping. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order. You would need to wait until your order is received and request a return. 

 

For Out-of-Stock (Pre-Order) Items:

• You can cancel up to 24 hours after the order is placed

 

OR

 

• If the stated lead time for a product is exceeded and your order still has not shipped, you can request a cancelation after this full time has passed. (For example, if a product states a 4-6 week lead time, you may request a cancellation if your product still has not been shipped after 6 weeks. However, once your item ships, we can no longer make changes or cancellations).

 

*This applies to each individual product. If an order has multiple products, each product is assessed separately. Only the items that meet this criteria are eligible for cancelation. Any products that have not yet exceeded the stated lead time cannot be canceled until that time has passed.

Returns

 

Online Purchases: Products are eligible for a return if they are:

1) Requested within 30 days from when the items are delivered

2) In mint condition

3) Still wrapped in their original packaging

     

    Purchases that meet the above criteria are eligible for a refund, however unwrapped shades are non-refundable. This is also mentioned on the flyer you receive with your purchase, so as not to unwrap the shade until you ensure it is the right fit for you. If your purchase meets the above criteria, please visit our portal to submit a return or exchange. Please also continue reading below for more useful information for packing and sending your returned products.


    Please note, we offer Return shipping & package protection during checkout. Should you opt not to add this to your purchase, return shipping costs are not covered by Just Shades, unless incorrect items were received, in which case we will provide a return shipping label via email.

     

    *In-Store Purchases: Purchases that are made in-store are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged or used for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase, so long as the items are still in their original/new condition, and original packaging/plastic wrap is still intact.

     

    Exchanges

     

    Online orders may be eligible for adjustments within 24 hours from when the order is placed. After this time, orders enter the queue for processing and can no longer be adjusted. To exchange items after this time, you must wait until the items are received and then visit our order management portal to proceed with the exchange.

     

    Shipping Policy

     

    Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping your order is calculated at checkout, based on the size and destination of your order.

     

    Shipping Time: In-stock items will ship within 5 business days, and often sooner depending on the order queue. For back-ordered and out-of-stock items, these orders will usually ship within 3-4 weeks. If any additional delays are anticipated, a member of our team will reach out via email or phone with an updated estimated shipping time.

     

    Very Important: Return Packing Information

     

    Please carefully follow the return shipping instructions, provided on the flyer included in every shipment. Occasionally damages can occur during shipping. If your shipment appears to be damaged from the outside upon delivery, please visit our order management portal to let us know immediately.


    Please watch the below video for specific tips and guides for repacking your products properly for return. Lampshades are extremely fragile, so care must be taken to protect the shades from damage. We guide you on how best to do this in the video below, as well as in our order management portal.

     

     

    Refunds will be provided back to the payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to show on your statement, based on your bank or financial institution. If you don't see your refund after this time, please first contact your bank to confirm the status of your transaction.
