REFUND POLICY

Products are returnable for any reason if they are returned within 3 weeks of purchase, are in mint condition and still wrapped in cellophane. Packing instructions (which are provided in every package we ship) must be followed to prevent damage during the return shipping. Credit will be issued to shades returned to us minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable unless you received an incorrect item, in which case we will send you a return shipping label.
